
Pricing policy
The prices of the services provided by the company may be determined and/or subject to changes as a result of the negotiation agreement of the parties, depending on whether the load is small or large, whether the customer is potential or permanent, the frequency of transactions, their complexity or simplicity, the time allocated for the implementation of transactions, etc.
However, as price policy guides, the stages of the company’s services are generally divided (can be divided) into the following “mandatory” and “desired” (according to the customer’s choice) groups.

Preliminary examination of the cargo for the purpose of correcting the mandatory data to be declared, preparation of goods declaration (preliminary and final) and submission to the customs body, including the procedures of "Yellow" or "Red" channels of customs control. Necessary minimum customs legal advice on issues arising from the given transaction, as well as for some types of goods transported across the customs border (e.g. electrical and electronic equipment, equipment depending on the technical description and parameters, as well as a number of other characteristics), correcting the data of the goods, using the appropriate form the process of receiving the code of the product nomenclature of foreign economic activity (ATGAA) to be inserted in the goods declaration from the superior customs authority.

It includes the "mandatory" stage of the service, as well as the acquisition of relevant permits, certificates, professional conclusions, acts for the customs formulation of certain types of products (for example, for food from the "Food Safety Inspection" of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia, for drugs or pharmaceuticals - from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, for some equipment and products from an expert company for "dual" and/or "military" purpose products), etc. This group is also characterized by the organization and implementation of customs fees during customs formalities, receiving the cargo from customs authorities and handing it over or delivering it to its owner, as well as the organization and implementation of documentation and other actions required by law in connection with these formalities or during them. At the same time, within the framework of its jurisdiction, the company provides clarifications of customs and legal issues both before, during and after customs formalities and advice on the correct organization of future transactions.
